Charging: Bulk conveyor

 

The CONTI type (automatic charging)  is used where in case of a great volume of wrong bottles (inspection machine,
pre-sorting, elimination) staff and costs can be saved. In addition, the use of a CONTI system is also recommended if for reasons of ergonomics (charging height)
the use of a SOLO system is not recommended.

The bottle crushers can also be employed where used glass is transported to a container placed in a storey beneath, e.g. via hoppers or chutes. Then bucket loads of bottles are directly charged into the crusher via the hopper.
By this, a crushing performance of up to 6000 bottles/h is achieved.
